I wanted something that would give me more support than my old sketchers which are a bit stretched out. These are much better. They were a little tight out of the box. But after walking and running some errands, they feel more comfortable. I bought the black and pink with the white sole, and they are really cute.
They are much brighter than the picture. The step is high so the hole to put your foot through is small, so I had to use a shoehorn. I hope it gets easier with time. They aren't as breathable in the high heat and humidity where I live as other sketchers, so I'm hoping they'll be good when it cools down. They are currently too tight for socks, but comfortable enough without them.
I bought a size 8, which I always buy from Sketchers. Overall I am happy with them. They came with a tag that said they were washable, so they would come in handy later.
