My background is from teachings a teacher listening to me would know some common practices like“teacher ran away with our students”, “teacher has defamed us”, “teacher has made a lobby”, “teacher made a lobby and left us to deal with a difficult situation” remember that this is not a part of education but a part of system politics in our country.

There are thousands of examples of backstabbing and double roles but let me tell you about my own school and academy which has around 100+ staff members. Around 30 of them are females and most of them have been there for 10 or 20 years. They got married during their jobs there and their kid's study there, so it’s a proper long-term relationship.
Importance of team building essay!
Their association is at a high level through combined celebrations, happiness, achievements, and overcoming setbacks. Your good relations are not those that are ideal, but those that have been tested it is very important. Wasif Ali Wasif said, think 100 times before calling someone your own, test him/her. but once you make that commitment then whether good or bad, you have to stand by them.

There are many in my circle who I may object but I stand with them. you cannot always make complaints about them, but over time you accept them and can only pray that Allah may make them better. We are not perfect either, so in this kind of society, team building has to be done with extreme care. your inner circle needs to be carefully picked. Let me tell you another thing, I may critique this, but this is a huge reality.

In Pakistan, even businesses barely grow out of the family we have very few “groups of companies”.Do you know why? Lack of trust. They rather trust uncles, nephews, etc have seen this in many businesses; even in schools people hand over canteens to their relatives. Reason? Lack of trust you cannot find people you trust and hence your circle remains closed and very limited. This is a huge problem, but not a one-sided problem. this is a two-way problem, I hope you understand what you mean.

How can you fix it? You can only fix yourself, your behavior, and your dealing with others mean in 22 years, even if someone has not been professional with me, I have never stopped their payments. I have dealt with them professionally, remained silent, and avoided immediate reactions to negative events. This is a very important point, sometimes, if you instantly counter negativity, it may hide a person’s true intentions and character. It is very important, If you want to truly know someone, just observe them silently. people usually exceed the limits of suspicion.
They won't see what they are doing wrong we all are the same and need to work ourselves first. Then we should trust people’s capacities, offer opportunities for collaborations policies and guidelines in English.
